1. Write a paragraph on ”Kanyashree ”

”Kanyashree”

The government of West Bengal has started the “Kanyashree”  scheme for the upliftment of the girl child. It was launched by the honorable Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee in 2013. Since then August 14 has been celebrated as “Kanyashree Divas“. This project aims to help the girl children continue their studies and stop early marriage. Unmarried girls aged between 13 and 18 years in government-recognized schools will get an annual scholarship of Rs.750 for continuing their studies. Besides a one-time grant of Rs.25000 will be given to the girls when they are 18 years old. A girl should remain unmarried and continue her study to get this grant. The dropout rate and early marriage of girls have been reduced by this scheme. The number of girls in schools has increased. The project was honored by the United Nations in a competition of 552 projects from 63 countries. The “Kanyashree” scheme got the first position in that competition. It has won several national and international awards. Now it becomes “Biswashere” internationally.

There are many hill stations in India but the best one is Nainital. It is in the U.P.  I went to Nainital on a school tour in the summer holidays. We stayed there for ten days. We enjoyed boating and walking on the banks of the lake. This is the only lake in Nainital. In the morning when the sun is rising and in the evening when it is setting the whole place looks very nice. At the night, the lake looked very beautiful. Hotels in Nainital are very good. By going to Nainital we were saved from the hot summer and also we saw a nice hill station. I was happy to spend my vacation in Nainital. When I came back I told about my trip to everyone.

“Safe Drive Save Life” is a campaign that was launched by the West Bengal Government to make accident — safety country. Each of us goes to the office, country, and other workplaces every day. But we are not comfortable when we go on the road because accidents take place regularly. This well-known campaign will make a knowledge of the importance of safe driving in our everyday busy life. Traffic rules are not maintained properly by us. The result creates road accidents regularly in our life. We should keep responding to the meaningful speech “Safe Drive Save Life“. So, never be hurry to crossroads or when you drive. Be patient when we cross somewhere. Car drivers have important roles to maintain. It is an important duty to abide by the rules. This campaign makes this knowledge among countrymen. We should create a roadshow and banners or posters to wake people from the accident- zone. This campaign “Safe Drive Save Life” takes a great role in our modern life. It helps to build an accident-less life.

4. Write a paragraph on the uses and abuses of the internet.

The Internet is the greatest invention of science. It helps us in getting every piece of information with a click. We can share information, and get connected with any people around the world through the use of the internet. The Internet is a vast storage of information where we can get a bunch of information from different fields. There are both uses and abuses of the internet. The use of the internet in business has developed business in modern times. In today’s world, the use of the internet in education can also be seen. Some advanced schools and colleges in our country have introduced the digital class. It has become possible due to the use of the internet. Though there are a lot of advantages of the internet, a few disadvantages of the internet can also be seen. Misuse of the internet has always been a headache for national security. We need to know the proper uses of the internet so we can be beneficial from this modern invention of science.

Water is the most critical asset. It is a fundamental element for every life on Earth, may it be flora or fauna. Without water, no life can survive, and Earth will be as dry as a rock. Water is additionally fundamental for purposes of irrigation and essential ordinary works. Today, we do without realizing the importance of wastewater. We take a negligible attempt to spare water. Water in social events, programs, and festivities, is highly wasted. In houses likewise, water is wasted each day. Last month I visited one of the greatest historical places in India, the taj Mahal in Agra. I went there with my mom and dad. It was very huge in size. It was completely made up of white marble. I studied about the Taj Mahal at school, I had also seen its pictures. But watching it directly with the eyes was like a dream come true. Shah Jahan around the 1630s built it. He built it as a gift to his beloved wife, Mumtaz Mahal. This history made it more interesting. It took around 22 years to build it. There was also a grim reality behind this magnificent monument. It was believed that Shah Jahan cut off the hands of the workers who built it so that no similar monument could be built. However, this is one of the most magnificent historical places.

He is the maker of people. Apart from teachers, who can boast of training so many doctors, engineers, pilots, and the like? He shaped the future citizens of a country and shaped the character of a nation. The teacher’s lofty ideal for the benefit of society has inspired me deeply. So I like the profession of a teacher. One day I will train many doctors, pilots, engineers, and other professionals. This is my goal in life. By God’s blessings, I will reach my goal one day.

The term lockdown is employed for a jail protocol that typically prevents people, information, or objects from leaving the vicinity. It can only be initiated by someone during a position of authority or Government. A full lockdown usually means people must stay where they’re and should not enter or exit a building or rooms within it, wanting to move to the closest place designated safe if not already in such an area. A lockdown may be a requirement for people to remain where they’re, usually eliminating specific risks to themselves or to others if they will move freely. The term “stay-at-home” or “shelter-in-place” is often used for lockdowns that affect an area, rather than specific locations.  During the lockdown, the poor and labor class people are the worst sufferers. They lose their work and can’t earn for their family. Getting food once on a daily basis is simply too hard to rearrange. The laborers who work outside their state or country, cannot return to their place and feel anxious about their families. The businessmen cannot do their business and they become depressed. The Economy crashes down and also the government must be sure of the full countrymen. This is often an extremely hard time for everybody.

Life is full of various events and experiences. But all of these are not equally important, enjoyable, and memorable. Some are memorable. I am a student. There are some memorable days and they remain evergreen in my heart. My first day at school is such a day. It was the month of January 2007. I was then only six years old. My father proposed that I should be admitted into a school in class the next day. I felt very excited. I could not think of anything else. I was always thinking about the school, and the teachers as I watched on the TV. I could not even sleep well that night. The next morning my mother woke me early in the morning. She washed me very well, combed my hair, and dressed me in new clothes. Then I had breakfast and started school with my father. He took me to the nearest NHF Primary School in our locality at 9. 30 am. The school was not very far from our home. So we walk all the way. It took us half an hour to reach the school.
